• Holnam Cement, Birmingham, AL:  Construction engineering of building and process electrical/instrumentation for a cement manufacturing facility.  Work included a 20MVA substation, 2-4700hp wound rotor mills and support equipment.

• MERCK Pharmaceuticals, Danville, PA:  Construction engineering and contract administration of process electrical and instrumentation for an antibiotic line addition.  Electrical/Instrumentation contract value - $40MM.

• BP Products (Asahi-Denka), Hopkinsville, KY:  Construction engineering of process electrical and instrumentation for UV plastic additive processing plant. 

• A-Carb Inc., Walton, KY/Lyon, France:  Plant power distribution system design and construction engineering of process electrical for carbon fiber processing plant.  Required overseas work in Netherlands and France with French engineering firm Technip.

• Quebecor Printing, Reno, NV:  Power, control and instrumentation construction engineering of ink storage facility.  Project was a Class I Div 2 installation.

• Pro-Tec Corporation, Leipsic, OH:  Process electrical and instrumentation construction engineering design of coil steel continuous galvanizing line.

• U.S. Steel Corporation, Fairfield, AL:  Process electrical and instrumentation construction engineering design of roll coater addition to previously installed galv line.

• Ormet (Conalco) Aluminum, Jackson, TN:  Various rolling mill drive upgrades for foil mill  and roughing section including construction engineering for large hp (>2000) variable speed drives and controls.

• Porter–Cable Corporation, Jackson, TN:  Electrical design and project management of distribution center addition and complete upgrade of plant electrical service to 8500kVA with limited outage time.

• U.S. Steel Corporation, Fairfield, AL:  Process electrical and instrumentation construction engineering design of coil steel continuous galvanizing/galvalume line.

• PIZO Inc, Blytheville, AR:  Construction engineering of furnace dust reclaim operation with pig iron and zinc oxide as end products.

• RollCoater Inc, Blytheville, AR:  Construction engineering of galvanized steel coil coating line including  15kV distribution, process controls, fire alarm.

• Civil and Marine, Port Canaveral, FL:  Construction engineering of process electrical/instrumentation for a cement manufacturing facility.  Work included 16MVA Substation, power, control, and instrumentation design for 8000hp wound rotor mill motor, large hp variable speed motors, flash dryer, conveyors and bag-houses.

• Nordex USA. Jonesboro, AR:  Provide systems design services for wind turbine manufacturing facility and office.  Work included fire alarm, video surveillance. access control and television distribution.

• US Steel Corporation, Eppes, AL:  Construction engineering of synthetic coke manufacturing facility which included 40MW cogeneration.

• Ash Grove Cement, Chanute, KS:  Construction engineering of process electrical/instrumentation for a cement manufacturing facility.  Work included power, control, and instrumentation design for 7200hp wound rotor mill motor, conveyors and baghouses.

• Bristol-Myers Squibb, North Brunswick, NJ:  Project management-owner/construction manager representative to engineering firm (Foster-Wheeler USA Corp.) for $160MM process scale-up pharmaceutical project.  Responsible for constructability and cost review of mechanical, electrical, instrumentation and building automation system drawings.  Work also included preparation and bidding of electrical, instrumentation and building automation system packages ($2-7MM range). 

• IBM, Hortolondia, Brazil:  Project Management-responsible for review of construction schedule and assessment of construction management for a 3 Megawatt hardening project at an IBM data center.  Project size-$10MM.  Work required extensive overseas travel.

• Norandal Aluminum, Huntingdon, TN:  Construction engineering on an aluminum rolling mill renovation.  Work included new mill drives and controls.

• Double G Coatings, Inc., Jackson, MS (A joint venture of National Steel and Bethlehem Steel Co.):  Process electrical and instrumentation design of coil steel continuous galvanizing/galvalume line.

• Aqua Glass West Inc., Klamath Falls, OR:  Plant electrical and instrumentation design from concept to construction for 194,000 sq. ft. fiberglass manufacturing plant.

• Brand-Rex Corporation, Jackson, TN:  Process and plant electrical design on 180,000 sq. ft. cable manufacturing plant relocation.

• Bandag Corporation, Abilene, TX:  Plant electrical design on a rubber pressing/calendaring operation renovation.

• Ormet Aluminum (Conalco), Jackson, TN:  Construction engineering on an aluminum rolling mill renovation.  Work included new mill drives, controls and control room.
